T:OW as a spinoff

While I'm not going to make an edit to this effect, the official forum release does explicitly state that Terraria: Otherworld is not meant to be Terraria 2, nor is it 1.3 or any other previously discussed Re-Logic project. The reason I'm not reverting is because it is mostly speculation that it's a spinoff, even if I believe the evidence is strong; in addition to it being separate from the current or future main Terraria games, it's referred to as "[e]xpanding... in a new direction" and taking place in an "alternate dimension", among other things. Of course, that sort of speculation isn't allowed here, so until we get more news on either of the two future installments, we should refrain from categorizing these beyond "games with similar names".
