Because the ID page was loading quite slowly, this is an attempt to reduce the number of calls to eicons.

Parameters (not optional)

only one of the following:

unnamed = linked item name

g = group name

t = text name (usually used when the linked page is unknown)

id = tile id

Optional parameters

ext = if not png
image = image name with extension (can be used with params g and t)
size = ##px; image size
clipleft = ##px; clip/crop image from left (can be used with param image)
cliptop = ##px; clip/crop image from top
clipwidth= ##px; width of clipped imaged
clipheight= ##px; height of clipped image
link = if different from item name (can also be used with params g and t)
note = to display a note after item name
eicons = y; will turn on eicons for remainder of group
eiconsbegin = #; to turn on eicons for part of the group (beginning with #)
