I am a Wiki Specialist working with Fandom and Gamepedia, working mostly with gaming wikis. I help make wikis easier and friendlier for wiki users and editors. This may involve tweaking the main page to make information easier to find, adding new content, or making pages more appealing. I am also an admin and editor at Gamepedia's Terraria Wiki.

Contact: You can contact me through Discord at Ferretwings#2319, or use my Talk Page. If you wish to catch me when I'm on-line, it varies between 13:00 UTC and 4:00 UTC (and if I'm experiencing insomnia, even later). Some days I'm only on a couple of hours, and sometimes I feel like I'm on all day. Of course, I wouldn't be here if I didn't want to :)

History: I bought the Steam version of Terraria in 2011, and played off and on since then. My first edits to the wiki were in Dec 2013 for grammar and formatting. Previous work experience includes Instructional Support, Database Manager, and Programmer at a local college.

Terraria Game progress: I play on the PC. I love to collect, and spend more time crafting than fighting. I've beaten all the pre-hardmode bosses using hardmode gear. I'm a wimp, and reached hardmode through multiplayer, allowing my team-mates to do all the fighting. I have started over with a new character, and am leveling up on my own now. I can't count how many times I've died, lol! I have learned a number of lessons from my hardmode world... protect your new world from corruption, as it can get out of hand fairly quickly even in pre-hardmode. Remember corruption spreads through grass, so if you have forest beside your corruption, you need to take measures immediately. Half my hardmode world is Crimson... it is so sad. To make matters worse, I added an artificial Corruption biome. The Dryad is not pleased with me, and has threatened to move out.

Wiki skills: I am really good with tables and templates, wiki code, some html, quite a bit of css, parser functions, string functions, have learned quite a bit about DPL, and plan to learn Lua. I have never walked away from a coding problem; I always assume it can be solved with the right tools. I have put a number of coding projects on hold, because one idea leads to another, and I have difficulty actually finishing anything. *sigh*

Wiki editing: I will sometimes spend time on the Forums, or the now defunct Terraria Online, looking for information. One of my goals is to make sure the history on all the item pages is complete. For all versions. I've seen editors revert history edits because it didn't pertain to the pc version. Mobile, Console, and Old-gen Console users may want to know a bit about their version history (not all info can be found on their version history pages). I will often look at the history of edits for a page, to see when and what changes occurred for pc, mobile, console, and 3ds.

I apologize for the length of this page, and all my sub-pages. I do intend to clean my user space up a bit.
