Re-compiles the wiki CSS, if required. The Common.css file will be updated along with the CSS files for each theme.

Start this script at csscompile.yml. Click the "Run workflow" dropdown at the right side of the screen and then the green "Run workflow" button. If you don't see the dropdown, you probably don't have "Collaborator" access to the project; please open an issue there to request access and include your wiki account name.
