Drop rate

I think there may be a bug. Twice now a killed EoS has dropped both the helmet and greaves; two others dropped only the greaves. None have dropped the breastplate so far. The drops seem by rough approximation to respect the listed 0.22% chance; I do not know if there is a correlation between the double drop (which seems anomalous) and the lack of breastplates (which may, pending further investigation, be simple bad luck), but something is amiss here. 81.68.152.27 02:18, 10 October 2013 (UTC)

Additional Drop Chances

According to my understanding of the game code, these pieces can only drop from Eater of Souls (big/little/normal), not Corruptors, nor any other enemy. I can't explain what you saw, but maybe it was a Big Eater that you mistook for a Corruptor, as one possibility. Equazcion ^(talk) 18:04, 19 Jun 2015 (UTC)
