Demon Eye spawned in a covered lake

While I was playing on my server with a friend, a Demon Eye (the Sleepy Eye variant specfically) spawned in a lake I covered over with dirt. It bounced around in the lake until daytime, when it despawned. According to the page, eyes can't enter water. Is this a bug? Arbiter787 (talk) 07:25, 27 March 2014 (UTC)

I guess it could be a minor one. NoseOfCthulhu (talk) 13:17, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

Can Demon Eyes really be considered as being inspired by Monoculus from TF2?

I just looked at the release dates for the Demon Eyes and the Halloween Update that added Monoculus aren't in the right order to support this. This is because the update that Demon Eyes are credited for (update 1.0) came out on May 2011, while Monoculus wasn't added to TF2 until October 2011. Therefore, Demon Eyes cannot be inspired by something that was created after they were. I could see the Sleepy Eyes being inspired by Monoculus, as they were added in much later, but not the Demon Eye enemy type. --Nethaufer (talk) 18:25, 18 August 2014 (UTC)

UFO eye has 60 health

On my first day, i saw a UFO eye. It has 60 health. Can help clarify? Tylamimo (talk) 14:00, 25 October 2014 (UTC)

UFO eyes are part of the Halloween event. There's little data regarding the newer halloween mobs, likely because they mostly seem the same as the original versions and few people probably even notice they're statistically different. I figured someone would take a look at the source code and input their stats, but if not then they'll have to be tested manually. 98.196.175.207 19:11, 25 October 2014 (UTC)
Thanks. I'm a new player so when I saw it on my first day i was so shocked!Tylamimo (talk) 09:16, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
Does anyone think its worthy to be added to the page?Tylamimo (talk) 09:46, 27 October 2014 (UTC)

Dialated Eye

"Dialated" is a common misspelling of "dilated". However, the image is named "dialated_eye.png" and I don't know how to change just the name without changing the image. Can someone fix this? FyreNWater (talk) 06:24, 17 November 2014 (UTC)

The character is actually named "Dialated Eye" in the game code. Since we had a similar issue with "Travelling Merchant" (two Ls) and decided to make the correction on the wiki, I've gone ahead and corrected this too. Equazcion (talk) 07:31, 17 Nov 2014 (UTC)

Block damage?

Despite there being nothing in the history saying so, I do believe that a long time ago, in previous experiences on mobile devices, Demon Eyes took damage on block collisions and often killed themselves ramming my house. Can someone confirm if this is true? --2057clones (talk) 15:54, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
