Prerequisites

I aint no dataminer hacker man and I don't know what the exact prerequisites for a Graveyard is. Putting eight tombstones right next to each other results in the maximum amount of fog/whatnot, though. GiantSpaceMonster (talk) 01:53, 17 May 2020 (UTC)

Tombstones take more hits

Seems that tombstones take a lot more hits to break when in a Graveyard biome Thyreformer (talk) 03:53, 17 May 2020 (UTC)

Actually, they're harder to break in general, since there's a new tool that lets them be broken faster. GiantSpaceMonster (talk) 05:28, 17 May 2020 (UTC)

NPC items

I rewrote the part about NPC's selling special items in the graveyard, if anybody finds one try to figure out the requirements for it and update the page with a table for them. --Wrpen (talk) 03:14, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

Fishing?

Has anyone tried fishing in a graveyard yet? I'll try it once I get one near water. Just wondering if there are any special catches.

Mathbrush1 (talk) 22:05, 19 May 2020 (UTC)

No, according to the Desktop version Desktop 1.4.1.2 source code there are no unique catches. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 20:31, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

Dryad selling other evil seed.

I tested out the dryad too, and she is selling corrupt seeds in my graveyard despite the world being crimson. Could use testing by someone else though, especially if she also sells crimson seeds in a world with corruption. 84.115.157.190 17:26, 20 May 2020 (UTC)

npc quote list

somebody needs to add a list of quotes from npcs like we did on the Party page. 122.60.45.6 18:14, 20 May 2020 (UTC)

Eye of Cthulhu

Does the Graveyard constitute a valid area to summon EoC? --172.58.4.225 22:52, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

No, it doesn't. The condition for spawning the Eye of Cthulhu is that it is nighttime. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 20:31, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

Information slightly off?

Right in the introduction area of the page, it states:
"Six tombstones also cause NPC vendors to sell unique items and create enough Ecto Mist for being able to craft unique items (see Ecto Mist § Crafting)."
however, when I tested it in game, it took 7 gravestones before crafting recipes became available and NPC's started selling exclusive items, not 6. Can someone confirm this, and also edit the page to include the correct values if it's different on both Mobile and PC (I can only do testing on PC)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stranded at sea (talkcontribs) at 22:34, 6 January 2021 (UTC)

You're right, seven Tombstones are required for crafting. This has changed in 1.4.1, though – the threshold used to be six Tombstones between 1.4.0.1 and 1.4.1. Mobile is still on 1.4.0.5, so the threshold is still six Tombstones there. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 20:31, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
