Piercing modifier

I have a question How in the name of thorium ragnarok can i get the piercing modifier Player2170 (talk) 08:10, 19 March 2020 (UTC)

It is no longer possible to obtain this modifier. It is mentioned on the Modifiers page that it was removed. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 20:35, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
