Or parts of it?

I'd like to point out that we would never use an "only" banner when only some of the information that follows is exclusive. Instead, we would use the proper icon, or the version template to point out where content differs. We do have a "section" parameter to handle sections of content that may be exclusive, and have used that on a number of occasions. – Ferretwings ^(talk) 20:58, 23 August 2017 (UTC)

That piece was added (back) by me. When I tried to refactor this template，I have noticed that some other -only templates have this piece. Considering that I was going to convert other -only template to calling Exclusive template, I added "or parts of it" back.But now， I agree with both of you, there's no need for "or parts of it" and it should be removed.
