Mechanical Eye (機械の目)とは、The Twins (ツインズ)を召喚するために使用するのである。

このアイテムは夜にしか使用できず、昼に使用したり、ツインズと戦闘中に使用しても、ツインズは召喚されず、機械の目は消されない。 まだツインズを倒しておらず、ハードモードに入っている場合、全ての敵(Statue (石像)の敵を除く)は0.04％の確率で機械の目を落とす。
