Summary: Almost all fruits drop from trees in various biomes, and individually give 5 minutes of Well Fed. All upgrades are at the Cooking Pot, most require a bottle.
- A few fruits (Apple, Lemon, Peach) can be juiced individually, doubling their duration to 10 minutes. Bananas add a snow block and another 5 minutes.
- Any two fruits can be juiced together to yield Fruit Juice lasting 15 minutes.
- The two fruits apiece from Crimson, Corruption, Hallow, or Jungle can be juiced together to produce a punch lasting 20 minutes; so can Pineapple and Coconut.
- The Hallow fruits give Plenty Satisfied instead of Well Fed, both individually and as their Prismatic Punch.
- Any three fruits can be combined with a bowl instead of a bottle for a fruit salad lasting 25 minutes.
- Grapes are the outlier -- they drop from enemies in the Hardmode Jungle, and give 16 minutes of Plenty Satisfied up front. Juicing two of them yields Grape Juice which upgrades that to Exquisitely Stuffed for the same period.
- Any Fruit x2 + Bottle = Fruit Juice, Well Fed 15
- Any Fruit x3 + Bowl = Fruit Salad, Well Fed 25
- Blood Orange + Rambutan -> Bloody Moscato, Well Fed 20 (Both from Crimson)
- BlackCurrent + Elderberry -> Smoothie of Darkness, Well Fed 20 (Both from Corrupt)
- Coconut + Pineapple -> Pina Colada, Well Fed 20
- Dragon Fruit + Star Fruit -> Prismatic Punch, Plenty Satisfied 20 (both Hallow)
- Mango + Pineapple -> Tropical Smoothie, Well Fed 20 (both Jungle)
