Hello! I recently have noticed your edit to the Adamantite Sword page regarding the fact that it does not give off light like the Night's Edge. I personally find that this information is irrelevant to the page and does not need to be there. PIE MAN3 (talk) 20:34, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

I apologize for interjecting, but I feel those assertions may provide the illusory impression of being warranted because the Adamantite Sword is, for some reason, considered an upgrade to an unrelated sword. My opinion is that the comparison to the Night's Edge is unwarranted, but removing it would leave the page with only one incredibly obvious sentence. Further examination reveals a strange lack of standards or truly valuable information between the various hardmode ore swords' descriptive text, some comparing them against their counterparts and others as this exact sort of one-line stub. Maybe the page could be rewritten to better discuss the sword on its own terms, though I suppose the problem at its core is that they're all just incredibly plain swords. That's just my take on it though.
