You should be able to access the wiki pages of every single one of the critters. Can anybody do that? I am not able to achieve it.
- Individual pages don't exist for each critter. The same info generally applies to all of them, so they're all combined into this one page. Equazcion (talk) 05:30, 26 Feb 2014 (UTC)
Am I the only one who sees the page with the format completely messed up? For me, having more than three entries on the same row screws the format and some entries are shown outside the page boundaries. Morenohijazo (talk) 22:46, 27 Feb 2014 (UTC)

Formatting

Critters on console
Now its been out for a while and I sent in a note to 505 about this and I have not been told if its a bug or not but you can sell critters for 5 SC each. Getting a full invent is insanely profitable. I would call it a feature but if its not I think its worth noting that console versions you can sell them as an item to make massive profits. If someone else can confirm this please let me know so I know its not just me. I used bird statues on a 1 second timer to farm money this way. DragoHanter (talk) 04:16, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- If it's universal across all critters, it's hard to make the case it's a bug. The note about profitability is perhaps a bit much, but a non-zero sell value is definitely notable. I've gone ahead and added such a note to the page. Gearzein (talk) 09:14, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- So far of all the critters I have caught in the game. Every spare that I have sold off was for 5 SC each. Bare in mind that I have not caught all the different ones that have been noted in the update list. I also did some math. 3 bird statues on a 1 second timer. In 1 hour you could get up to 5 PC40 GC with just the 3 statues. You could add more to the profit margin by adding 3 rabbit statues but with the blood moon issue with rabbits it would backfire and be a death trap waiting to happen. Critter Sell Prices
In the advent of 1.3, there are now some critters worth more than 5 silver. Maybe we should consider adding the sell price to each item box rather than explain in the top section? Poggle566 (talk) 08:40, 1 July 2015 (UTC)
- Except, if I'm not mistaken, the NPC itembox template doesn't allow for a sell price, since you can't normally sell NPCs. Instead, we should probably convert the page to use a table format, with different NPCs as you go down and different attributes as you go across.--Macks2008 (talk) 21:17, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
Gold worm not included in this page
When catching worms, I found a golden worm. It has 50% bait power and sells for 10 gold. It also isn't included in this page for some reason, so that should be fixed. I'd give a picture with the (blurry) sprite and its mouseover stats, but I'm not sure how to do it. Eestlane771 (talk) 13:16, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

Gold critters
I think gold critters only spawn in a expert world, because when the 1.3 released, I finished the game on a normal world, and never saw a golden critter, and now i started a world in expert, killed only one boss and already found 2 golden critters. - I've found multitudes of golden critters on a non-expert world, and a similliar amount on an expert world. I don't think there's any correlation. –KM100 (talk) 21:52, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
Not able to sell critters in mobile
The tips section has the following advice for console and mobile: "Since all critters can be sold, an easy way to get money would be to make a statue farm, where you can then catch them with a net and sell them." I don't know if this works on console, but as far as I can tell, there are no critters that can be sold in the current iOS version (1.2.12715). 24.21.18.206 21:14, 19 July 2016 (UTC)

Gem Critters spawn
Currently the environment for the gem Critters is listed as "n/a" but gem Critters seem to spawn when NPCs are present underground. Other critters, like goldfish, dont have listed environments, but it's pretty clear where they do spawn. Should these details be added? Zachariah townsend (talk) 03:48, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
Specifically they spawn in the Caverns layer, while the page currently incorrectly says Underground. Unfortunately I don't know how to edit this "/row" thing the info is formatted in. -Jatopian28123 (talk) 11:43, 31 May 2020 (UTC)
Gold critters 1.4 rarity.

New critter cages gifs needed for gallery.

Critter Cage Uncraftability
As of 1.4.4, every critter cage can be decrafted via Shimmer. Despite this, critter pages still state that "once crafted, critters cannot be released again." Would it be worth amending or removing this phrase from every relevant page? Lvl100Feraligatr (talk) 07:52, 9 July 2023 (UTC)
