Instead of displaying position in feet, On the  Old-gen console version, depth is measured in meters, with two tiles equaling one meter. It has a 1/200 (0.5%) chance of being dropped by Cave Bats, Jungle Bats, Ice Bats, Giant Bats The Depth meter is also able to be crafted.

• On the Nintendo 3DS version, depth is not measured, and the only benefits the accessory grants are from its modifiers.
