Very nice job. Very useful information. By the way, the item IDs for the "N/A"s are their iron variant, eg: Gold Pickaxe would be Iron Pickaxe, ID 1. ~Null(T-C) 02:06, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
- Yes I understand :), it is of course a work in progress. I hope to make this page very suitable for reference by the time the admins/mods decide what to do about the buying/selling prices of items as I think it can save a lot of work and time for them. -- ❤Kalilla❤ 02:11, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
- Nice, I'm sure we could make a page out of this. BTW, musket ball technically sells for 1.6 Copper. I'm not sure about meteor shot. happypal (talk • contribs) 07:15, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
- Yea I understand the math about all that stuff, just that was a lot of work and I still have to do so much more. I might eventually catch up if I stick with it. It's just very time consuming. -- ❤Kalilla❤ 07:24, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
- Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled with your work, that was just my grain of contribution. happypal (talk • contribs) 08:42, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
- Kalilla, do you mind if we help as long as we follow your lead? I like sharing the exact values (it's showing off, but still helpful when dealing in large quantities). Also, the price per ingredient column doesn't really serve a purpose. You can't determine the value of an ingredient in a synth by dividing the total selling price by the number of ingredients. For example, in the Flaming Arrow and Unholy Arrow recipes, your current method shows different values for the wooden arrows used in the recipe. Those numbers aren't actually saying anything. Sorry if my words sound harsh, I don't mean to discourage your great work, I just lack empathy (through no fault of my own). The ingredients' total selling prices are already there to make the profit calculation easier. Some statistician could show us how to calculate a more accurate value given all the values of the end products it is used in according to how much is used to make each product, 'cause I took stats a little while ago and my book's not telling me how to do it (yet). ~SgtKlaos(T/C) 15:38, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
- Price per ingredient's only use is for items with no original worth. This is absolutely the only reason this column is here. Otherwise it wouldn't be trust me, I'm hurting enough for page space as it is XD. You may post prices in the discussion page and if I can cross verify the information then I'll change the prices on the front. The only reason I really don't want a whole lot of people changing everything right now is because it's a work in progress and isn't a real article atm. Everything will change 2-3 times before I finally say that it is ready for the public to freely edit. I appreciate any assistance from anyone but keep the changes minimal at best on the main page as it is my own user page. But feel free to add information here in its own section so that way users can come along and agree/disagree and have some part in discussion. I'm going to add a copy of the price table below this comment, feel free to make any changes here and I'll update the main page when I get to it :) Thanks again for taking interest in my work! -- ❤Kalilla❤ 20:08, 17 June 2011 (UTC)

[COPY] Sorted By ID Number
Feel free to edit this table as you wish to assist in the project. I appreciate everyone's help on this matter and the more accurate I can make this information the better. Just please edit this table instead of the front page one so I can verify the information myself. Thank you so much!
