The Molten Fury firing a Flaming Arrow and inflicting the On Fire! debuff.

The Molten Fury is a pre-Hardmode bow that lights ordinary Wooden Arrows ablaze, effectively transforming them into Flaming Arrows, and causing them to emit light and inflict the On Fire! debuff to enemies it hits. Other arrow types fired from Molten Fury will retain their original properties. Wooden Arrows do not inherit the increased damage of actual Flaming Arrows. (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) However, they do have a 1/3 (33.33%) chance to drop as one rather than a Wooden Arrow when they hit an enemy.

On the Desktop version Desktop version, Console version Console version, and Mobile version Mobile version, the Molten Fury has the highest base damage of all bows available prior to Hardmode. On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, it is beaten only by the Sharanga.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
