Red Acid Dye is a dye acquired by giving a Strange Plant to the Dye Trader. When put in the dye slot, it provides the same effect that the other Acid Dye variants produce. Armor dyed by it can be seen in the dark, but does not provide light.

Equipping Acid Dye, Red Acid Dye or Blue Acid Dye on the Shadow Orb can make parts of it or the whole orb invisible.
