The Gentleman's set is a vanity set consisting of the Gentleman's Beard, the Gentleman's Long Beard, the Gentleman's Magnificent Beard, the Gentleman's Vest, and the Gentleman's Trousers. The Vest and Trousers can be crafted, while the Gentleman's Beard can be bought from the Stylist for 5 GC.

These items are to be equipped in the Social Slots as they only provide a visual appearance.

When equipped in an accessory slot, the Gentleman's Beard will grow longer over time. After 12 minutes of being equipped, the beard has a 1/9 (11.11%) chance every second to grow to the next stage. This growth is not affected by speeding up time, and will not occur when the beard is equipped in a vanity slot. The beard also changes colors based on the player's hair color. The longer versions of the beard can be crafted back into the shorter versions.
