The Yoyo Glove is a Hardmode accessory that aids yoyo attacks. When equipped, hitting an enemy with a yoyo will create a duplicate of that yoyo that rapidly orbits around the main one. The Yoyo Glove is purchased from the Skeleton Merchant for 50 GC during Hardmode.

If a counterweight is also equipped, the Yoyo Glove will cause a duplicate counterweight to spawn upon hit, for a total of four projectiles: two yoyos and two counterweights.

When a Yoyo Glove and counterweight are both equipped:

  • A duplicate yoyo appears on the first enemy hit.
  • The first counterweight appears on the second hit.
  • A duplicate counterweight appears on the third hit.

The Yoyo Bag offers the same effects from a single accessory, along with increased range.

Notes

  • The duplication effects from the Yoyo Glove and Yoyo Bag do not stack.
  • This accessory's effects can also be triggered by hitting a Target Dummy.

Tips

  • This accessory does not affect single-target damage much, since all yoyos except the Terrarian use global invincibility frames, meaning the two yoyos cannot hit the same target. This also applies to the Yoyo Bag.
