Achievements are earned by performing various tasks in Terraria.

88 achievements were introduced in 1.3.0.1.

  • The Xbox One Xbox One version, PlayStation 4 version, iOS & iPadOS iOS and  Google Play Google Play versions still have achievements in addition to the in-game ones from the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version, GameCenter and Google Play respectively, but these achievements are deprecated.

  • It does not have to be all at once. The player can get healed by the Nurse every so often and it adds up.
  • To get this achievement faster, purposely make the Nurse unhappy, so that she will charge for more coins.
  • The achievement can be easily completed in the late game as the price for healing increases along with game progression.
  • A Red Potion can also be used to obtain this achievement quickly, as it causes a lot of debuffs. However, this will not work in For the Worthy or Zenith worlds, as they will provide buffs instead.

  • Desktop 1.4.5.4:
    • Fixed a crash caused by the Book Worm achievement.
    • Fixed the Skyblock seed not granting the A Rare Realm achievement.
  • Desktop 1.4.4.8: The Truffle Worm, Celestial Sigil, Gelatin Crystal, Prismatic Lacewing and Deer Thing now grant the Like a Boss achievement.
  • Desktop 1.4.1.1:
    • Fixed a bug causing the Hot Reels achievement to unlock when fishing in any liquid.
    • Fixed a bug causing it to be much harder than expected to achieve the happiness required for the Leading Landlord achievement.
  • Desktop 1.3.0.4:
    • Fixed certain achievements ("Baleful Harvest" and "Ice Scream") not being obtainable in multiplayer (the player should now be able to get them all).
