The Baby Ogre flying by holding onto an Etherian Wyvern by the tail.

The Ogre's Club is a Hardmode pet-summoning item that spawns a Baby Ogre that follows the player. When the player is far enough away or in midair, the Baby Ogre will hold onto an Etherian Wyvern by its tail in order to catch up to them. The Ogre's Club has a 1/4 (25%) chance of dropping from the Ogre in Master Mode.

Trivia

The buff tooltip jokingly references the Baby Ogre's status as a pet, as opposed to a combat summon; he cannot fight because he does not know how to use his club.
