Not to be confused with Mechanical Skull.

The Suspicious Looking Skull is used to summon Ocram, a boss exclusive to the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version. Like most bosses, two Ocrams cannot be summoned at the same time, and attempting to summon a second will not work. Ocram can only be summoned in a Hardmode world at night.

The Suspicious Looking Skull requires, in total, 20 Souls of Light, 6 Lenses, 15 Iron/Lead Bars, 30 Bones, 8 Souls of Night, and 10 Adamantite/Titanium Bars.
