On the  Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DS version, the Volcano is named the Fiery Greatsword. Unlike the Volcano, the Fiery Greatsword does not create an explosion upon hitting an enemy. It has a 1/2 (50%) chance to inflict the On Fire! debuff for 3 seconds.
