Animation of The Undertaker.

The Undertaker is a pre-Hardmode gun. The Undertaker (along with 100 Musket Balls) will always drop from the first Crimson Heart destroyed in a Crimson world, and has a 16.67*1/6 (16.67%) chance of dropping from destroyed Crimson Hearts afterwards. It can also be found in Crimson and Hematic Crates obtained by fishing in the Crimson with a 16.67*1/6 (16.67%) chance.

Its Corruption counterpart is the Musket.

Its best modifier is Unreal.

Tips

The Undertaker's stats are similar to that of the Flintlock Pistol, though with more damage and a slower rate of fire. Compared to the Musket, The Undertaker sells for half the price at 1.
If the player wishes to acquire The Undertaker through fishing, using a Crate Potion will increase the odds of catching a crate by 10%.

It resembles a six shooter.
An undertaker, also known as mortician in American English or, more generally, funeral director, is a professional involved in the business of funeral rites.
Modifier prefixes are added in front of the "The" in its name, which can result in a grammatically incorrect name such as "Keen The Undertaker". It shares this trait with all other items that can obtain modifiers and whose names begin with "The". This error is not present in the Old-gen console version.
The Dart Pistol can be considered a Hardmode version of The Undertaker.
