The Zombie Arm is a pre-Hardmode broadsword that has a 1/250 (0.4%) chance of being dropped by Zombies, Frozen Zombies, and Raincoat Zombies.

Its best modifier is Legendary.

Notes

  • In Expert Mode, zombies will occasionally spawn wielding this item. Such zombies deal more damage and have increased melee range. However, this does not increase the chances of obtaining the weapon from those zombies.

Tips

  • The Zombie Arm deals slightly higher damage than a Tungsten Broadsword, but has less range, knockback, and speed.

Trivia

  • The Zombie Arm appears to have a Shackle on its wrist, another special drop from zombies.

History

  • Desktop 1.4.4:
    • Damage increased from 12 to 15.
    • Use time reduced from 23 to 22.
    • Size scale increased from 1x to 1.2x.
    • Knockback increased from 4.25 to 5.5.
    • Now used to craft the Whoopie Cushion via Shimmer.
