Gem Bunnies are harmless critters that can only spawn in the cavern layer, and have a higher spawn chance during rains.[1]
Gem Bunnies have only 5 health and no defense, and can be damaged by other enemies and players.
Gem Bunnies can be caught with any Bug Net to be carried around in the inventory and released later, or crafted into animated decorative furniture (Gem Bunny Cages). Once crafted, the Gem Bunnies cannot be released again.
